Libraries have become more accessible to patrons than ever before, thanks to the capabilities provided by the internet and web. These services allow patrons with internet access to access materials almost immediately. Many journal articles are now available online through libraries, as long as patrons have the necessary login credentials. This Festschrift volume is a tribute to Dr. Madan Kumar Stanley, who has made valuable contributions to the library and information science community, particularly in Agricultural Librarianship.
