This text book entitled “Aquaculture Machineries and Equipments ” has been prepared to meet the requirement of undergraduate and post graduate students of Fisheries Engineering/Aquacultural Engineering. There is no specific text book or practical manual available for this subject to cover many of the topics. Therefore, interested persons and students are feeling worried to have a basic idea to different machineries and equipment’s used and also its optimized usage conditions.

The design and management of these machineries and systems is based on their production goals and the economics of the farming operation. Relevant topics were discussed explicitly using suitable examples. The text book can also be used by researchers and persons involved in developing machineries in the field of Aquaculture Engineering
