Sunil Kumar completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) in agricultur al from SKRAU Bikaner in 2014. He did his M.Sc. in Dairy Extension Education from ICAR-NDRI Karnal in 2016. He did his PhD as research scholar in Dairy Extension Educa tion at ICAR-NDRI Karnal in 2021. Currently, He is work ing as Assistant Professor, Dairy Business Management at Department of Dairy Trade and Business Management in College of Dairy Science and Technology, RAJUVAS, Bikaner. He is worked as teaching associate at CDST- RA JUVAS Bikaner Rajasthan. He is also work as Subject Matter Specialist at KVK Phalodi, Rajasthan and senior research fellow at ICAR-NDRI and ICAR-IIWBR Karnal. He published 25 research papers in NAAS rated journal, two books and around 45 articles in different agricultural magazine and newspapers. He partici pated and presented papers about 25 national and international conferences related to agricultural extension and allied agricultural subject.

Deepak Chand Meena completed his B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. from the Palli Siksha Bhavana, Institute of Agriculture, Vis va Bharati Central University, Shantiniketan, West Bengal, and received the ICAR-NTS. He did his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension Education from the ICAR-Na tional Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, where he was awarded the ICAR-NDRI fellowship. Dr. Meena has qualified the ICAR-NET and has published over 20 research papers in national and international journals. Additionally, he has authored more than 40 technical articles, 15 book chapters, 7 extension bulletins, and two books. He has received several awards, including Best Oral and Poster Presentation and the Best Thesis Award at national and international conferences/seminars. Dr. Meena has previously served as an Assistant Professor at RIMT University and Lovely Professional University (LPU). He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy Business Manage ment, College of Dairy Science, DUVASU, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

Sangeeta Bhattacharyya is working as a scientist in the discipline of Agricultural Extension at ICAR-Central Citrus Research Institute, Nagpur, Maharashtra from April, 2019. She was selected in the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Examination as Scientist in ARS 2016 Batch. She has been conducting research in social science since the last ten years in areas of rural development, standardization and de velopment of indicators for measuring agricultural and rural progressiveness of communities across India and analyzing socio-economic impacts of Government schemes on rural communities. She has research interests in the field of agricultural, horticultural and dairy extension, rural development, socio economic impact assessment, training and HRD, role of women in agriculture and nutrition sensitive agriculture. She has completed her B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) from Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan, West Bengal. Her M.Sc. is in Agricultural Extension Education from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana. She completed her Ph.D. at Division of Agricultural Extension, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi in 2022. Till date she has authored more than 31 research papers, 11 book chapters, 33 popular articles, 6 training manuals and 1 book.

Arti currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, West Bengal. She has completed her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from ICAR- National Dairy Re search Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana in 2016. She did her M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from ICAR-NDRI Kar nal, Haryana in 2020. She graduated with a Gold Medal in B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur (H.P.). She has published 10 book chapters and about 35 research papers in various reput ed journals. She has actively contributed to the academic and research community by participating in and presenting papers at national and international conferences.
