Canine mammary tumors are a topic of significant concern for both pet owners and veterinarians. While the frequency of mammary tumors varies among different species, dogs are affected at a rate that is approximately three times higher than in humans.

This book provides valuable information on the various types of canine mammary tumors, including their characteristics, symptoms, and predisposing factors. Additionally, it covers molecular marker-based diagnosis and prognosis of tumors, as well as advanced diagnostic techniques and current trends in therapeutics and surgery for efficient clinical management.

The book also emphasizes the importance of immunotherapeutics and emerging vaccines in the treatment of these tumors. It serves as a valuable resource for veterinary clinicians, students, and researchers, promoting overall awareness of the subject.
