Raj Kumar (Book Doctor) With over 25 years of rich experience in book production, Raj Kumar—fondly known as the Book Doctor—brings unmatched expertise and precision to every project he handles. From manuscript to masterpiece, he has successfully shaped hundreds of titles with his deep understanding of editorial workflows, design standards, and production excellence. For the past 10 years, he has been a driving force within the NIPA team, contributing his knowledge, dedication, and problem-solving approach to deliver high-quality academic and professional publications. His commitment to perfection, eye for detail, and passion for publishing make him an invaluable pillar of our production ecosystem.
