With a passion for teaching, Dr. Jaisridhar has delivered a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, organized educational tours, and guided numerous students, including postgraduate research. His scholarly contributions include nine books, several chapters, and a plethora of research papers and e-learning resources. Recognized for his research excellence, he has garnered multiple international and national awards, latest being Manak Veer Award from the Bureau of Indian Standards. His dedication to agricultural innovation and extension is reflected in his involvement in numerous externally funded projects and his leadership in organizing training programs and workshops for farmers and students alike. His role in institutional development at TNAU underscores his commitment to advancing agricultural education and practice.

I. Ponsneka is a dedicated Post Graduate student at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), who brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the field of agricultural extension. Guided by  Dr. P. Jaisridhar, her PG Thesis focussed on Role of Institutions in Mitigating Climate Change.
