He graduates a Ph.D in Food Process Engineering from the Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (NIFTEM) Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, M.Tech in Post Harvest Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal and B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Kumulur, Tamilnadu Agricultural University.
