Dr. Chaitali Chakraborty has done B.Tech in Dairy Technology from West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences in the year 2002. She completed her Master’s in Dairy Chemistry from West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences in the year 2004. Subsequently, she had done her PhD in Dairy Chemistry from West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences in the year 2008. She had worked in the department of Food Technology, Gurunanak Institute of Technology, MAKAUT, West Bengal as Assistant Professor. Currently she is working as Associate Professor in the department of Dairy Chemistry, Faculty of Dairy Technology, West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, Nadia, West Bengal.
