Dr. Narayan Panda obtained his B.Sc.(Ag) degree with Hons in the year 2001 from Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He received his M.Sc.(Ag)  in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry in the year 2003 and PhD in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry in the year 2006 from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, India. He is the recipient of  the  Binani  Gold  Medal  and  BHU  Gold  medal  award  for  outstanding academic performance during his post graduate studies. He has been associated with five research projects as Co-PI and edited nine practical manuals on soil science  courses  for  under  graduate  programme  of  the  University.  He  has published  26  research  papers in  National  and  International Journals  and  12 popular articles in different magazines. He has 13 years of experience in teaching, research and extension.
