Dr (Mrs) Gayatri Biswal (1965) passed B. Sc (Ag), M.Sc (Ag) and Ph.D degree from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Awarded Gold Medal in M. Sc (Ag) in Plant Patholgy. She has published 100 research papers in international and national journals, eight book chapters. She has guided one Ph.D student, 15 PG students in Plant Pathology and 20 MBA students in Agri Busisness Management. She is co-guide of three Ph.D students of Nematology and also 25 PG students of Entomology and Nematology of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar. She is the life member of seven professional societies. She is Fellow of Indian Phytopathological Society (2018), Fellow of Hind Agri-Horticultural Society (2018), Fellow of Applied Zoological Research Association (2022)
