Dr.Tripathy's career includes impactful roles in State Administrative Service in Odisha too. Over his 25-year government tenure, he has contributed significantly to ministries/departments such as Education, Agriculture, Rural Development etc. Besides, he has authored several articles and edited books on self-employment, micro-finance, and contemporary development issues.

V. K. Dubey: is an accomplished Adviser and a distinguished former Executive Director at the NCUI, New Delhi. With over three and a half decades of unwavering commitment to rural and cooperative development, Dr. Dubey has left an indelible mark in the field. S. K. Wadkar: is a seasoned social enterprise management trainer and Adviser to the NCUI, New Delhi. Dr.Wadkar has conducted influential national studies for the Government of India on "agribusiness education," "Competitiveness and Sustainability of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs)," "Comparison of Cooperative Law", "Comparison of Cooperatives vs. other business entities," etc. Dr.Wadkar holds a degree in agriculture from Dr. PDKV, Akola, Maharashtra, a Master's in 'Agricultural Extension & Communication' from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttarakhand, and a Ph.D. in 'Agricultural Extension Education' from ICAR- NDRI, Karnal, Haryana.
