Rakhi Gupta: alumnus from IIM-Ahmadabad (2011) currently serves on the editorial board of International journals published from Singapore, UK, India She has  completed M.Com, LLB, UGC NET, FDPM (IIM Ahmedabad 2011) PGJMC, Ph.D.  She also completed her QIP from IIT Roorkee. Passed NELTS  English examination conducted by CIEFL (Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages), Hyderabad .Completed Diploma in Strategic Management  from International Business Management Institute Berlin Germany.

She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University BHU Varanasi UP India. She is a certified International   reviewer of ICCSIT (Singapore). Was the Keynote Speaker at Middlesex University Mauritius (Mauritius in person) in 2016 and Telcon University Indonesia 2024, session chair in Singapore 2010 and recipient of Best Paper Award in Malaysia. Presented more than 59 research papers at various National & International conferences in India & abroad. 48 publications in various national, Scopus, international journals, conference proceedings, 6 chapter contributions in books. Author of one of the best-selling books on Human Resource Management (HRM). She has 4 text books and 3 edited books to her credit. More than 53 resource person certificates for the different deliveries in various MMTTC, ICSSR, IIT BHU,UGC, private and public organisations and universities sponsored workshops, webinars, capacity building programs etc. She is a registered resource person for UGC MMTTP (Madan Malviya Teachers Training Programs). She is life Member of the professional bodies like ICA, ISCA. Associated with many universities for the academic and confidential assignments. She is esteemed editorial member for the national and international journals.sShe is in the Board of Studies of the various universities in Gujrat and UP. Divya Chowdhry: Professor & Director in Jagran Institute of Management, Kanpur. An initiative of Danik Jagran (World’s largest read Hindi Newspaper). M.com, PGDBM & Ph.D in Commerce( A gold medalist). Presented & published more than 40 papers in International, National Conferences & Seminars in India & Abroad. She has a total experience of more than 17+ years including 8+ years in senior Director & Dean level. Many text and edited books have been published by her. One Research Scholar had completed his Ph.D & 4 Research scholars submitted synopsis for Ph.D under her supervision. Organized many International Conferences as Convener, Co-Convener. Invited Keynote Speaker, Session Chair for many National & International Conferences & as Judge. An active member of Governing body, BOS, Advisory board, R&D of various College.
