Presented more than 59 research papers at various National & International conferences in India & abroad. 48 publications in various national, Scopus, international journals, conference proceedings, 6 chapter contributions in books. Author of one of the best-selling books on Human Resource Management (HRM). She has 4 text books and 3 edited books to her credit. More than 53 resource person certificates for the different deliveries in various MMTTC, ICSSR, IIT BHU,UGC, private and public organisations and universities sponsored workshops, webinars, capacity building programs etc. She is a registered resource person for UGC MMTTP (Madan Malviya Teachers Training Programs).
