His academic prowess is evident through his teaching portfolio, where he has conducted various courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, organized educational tours, and supervised thesis research. Additionally, Dr. Jaisridhar is a prolific author, having published books, contributed chapters, and presented papers at international and national conferences.

From coaching and developing students and farmers to implementing operational procedures designed to optimize efficiency and productivity, she had excelled at directing students and the farming community, propelling the market through networking and paving the way for revenue growth, conducting Agro-industrial programmes and fastening market webs, leading operations, and processes to drive business and farmers service success. She had involved in farmer-ICT linkage and her contribution to this book adds yet another milestone to her career.
