He completed his B.Sc. (Agriculture) from College of Agriculture, Raichur, (UAS, Dharwad) and secured First rank in M.Sc. (Entomology) (ICAR-JRF) and Ph.D. (Entomology) (ICAR-SRF) from prestigious Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He is very popular by his earlier popular book “Applied Entomology”. He has excellent knowledge in insecticide toxicology, Horticultural pest management. He has number of reputed publications in national and international reputed journals and also popular articles to his credit.

L. Rajesh Chowdary (L. R. Chowdary), presently working as Scientist (Entomology) in AICRP (Cotton) at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Lam, Guntur, ANGRAU. He completed his B.Sc. (Agriculture) from College of Agriculture, Dharwad, (UAS, Dharwad) (ICAR-AIEEA-UG) during 2008, M.Sc. (Agril. Entomology) and Ph.D. (Entomology) (Gold Medal) for securing highest O.G.P.A from UAS, Raichur. As a researcher he worked on the aspects of ecology, pest management and toxicology. He has to his credit with several awards from the professional societies and also received best oral and poster presentations in conferences, symposiums and conferences. He has published 78 research articles in reputed international and national journals, 34 abstracts in international/national seminars, conferences and symposium, 4 review articles, 15 book chapters, 03 books, 05 extension bulletins and 42 popular articles to his credit.

Thammali Hemadri (T. Hemadri), Presently working as Senior Research Fellow (Entomology) in Pesticide Residue and Food Quality Analysis Laboratory (NABL accredited), University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur, Karnataka. He completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture from College of Horticulture, Anantharajupeta, Dr. YSR Horticultural University, A.P.; M.Sc (Entomology) COA, Mandya, UAS, Bangalore, Karnataka and Ph.D. (Entomology) from COA, Raichur, UAS, Raichur, Karnataka. During M.Sc and Ph.D he got gold medals for securing highest OGPA. He is expertise in insecticide toxicology, pest management, pesticide formulation analysis and pesticide residue analysis.
