(Industrial Fish and Fisheries) from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga; and MFSc (Aquaculture) from Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Badshahithaul, Uttarakhand; and a Ph.D. in Aquaculture (Life Science) from West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences in West Bengal. She has about two years of research and teaching experience on different aspects of fisheries. She has published many research papers in national and international journals, popular articles, and book chapters. At present she is an Assistant professor in the Department of Fisheries Science at Doon P.G. College of Agriculture and Allied Science, Dehradun.
Ujjwala Upreti has a B.F.Sc. degree from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand; and M.F.Sc. (Aquaculture) from Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, Badshahithaul, Uttarakhand; and Ph.D. in Aquaculture from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. She is teaching for 3 years as Assistant Professor in the respective field. She has published many research papers in peer reviewed journals, popular articles, and book chapters.
