Dr Andukuri Raj Shravanthi is an academician and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Agribusiness and Rural Management, Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University (RPCAU), Pusa, Bihar. With over 8+ years of experience in teaching, research, extension, and additional administrative responsibilities, she has contributed significantly to agribusiness education and research. She holds a B.Sc. (Agriculture), an MBA (Agribusiness), and a PhD in Agribusiness Management. Her teaching portfolio spans undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes, covering core subjects such as Agribusiness Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Research Methodology, Managerial Economics, and Entrepreneurship Development. Dr Shravanthi has authored and edited books on agribusiness and sustainable agriculture, and has published research articles in reputable national and international journals. Her research interests include agricultural marketing, value chain management, agripreneurship, cold storage systems, sustainable supply chains, and the application of emerging technologies in agribusiness. She actively contributes to entrepreneurship promotion, especially for agritech startups. Dr S. Praveena is a Teaching Faculty in the Department of Food Business Management at the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T), Tamil Nadu. She specialises in Food Business Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Management, Capital and Commodity Markets, and Business Economics. She completed her education at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in Coimbatore. With over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, administration, and extension activities, she has made significant contributions to Academics, Entrepreneurship development and Industry engagement. She has guided 10 undergraduate students and 1 postgraduate student in their academic research. Her academic contributions include several books, book chapters, and research articles published in reputed National and International Management journals. She has successfully handled multiple consultancy and sponsored research projects for food entrepreneurs. As the Industry–Academia Cell member at NIFTEM-T, she has been instrumental in establishing partnerships that support student internships, industrial training, and campus placements. Dr Dudekula Rafi is a Research Associate and Agrivalue Chain & Agribusiness Expert at ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research (IIMR), Hyderabad, with 6+ years of professional experience in agribusiness research, agricultural extension, and millet value chain development. He holds a PhD in Agribusiness Management from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore, and specialises in agribusiness management, supply chain management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and agri-finance. He has been extensively working with 40 Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) across five states, viz., Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh, supporting more than 7,500 farmers. His significant field contributions include establishing 14 primary processing units, 16 procurement centres, 6 custom hiring centres (CHCs), 4 common service centres (CSCs), and 4 collection centres, significantly strengthening farm-gate infrastructure, aggregation, and market access. Dr Rafi has organised 100+ training programs for farmers, FPO leaders, and rural entrepreneurs, and delivered 40+ expert talks and lectures to various millet stakeholders at MANAGE, NABARD, NIRDPR, DMI, IIPM, State Government Departments, and Odisha Millet Mission. He has played a key role in linking FPOs and millet growers with major e-commerce and digital marketing platforms, including Flipkart, Amazon, ONDC, GeM, Girijana Bazar, and Market Mirchi, through strategic MoUs. An active researcher and knowledge contributor, he has published 37 research papers, 8 books, 22 book chapters, 8 training manuals, and several popular articles. He is also a recipient of the Best PhD. Thesis Award from SKM & MVN University. His work has significantly contributed to strengthening millet production, processing, value addition, entrepreneurship development, and market linkages, supporting India's "Shree Anna" movement and the vision of millets for nutrition, livelihoods, and sustainability.

Dr Sangappa is a Senior Scientist (Agricultural Extension) at ICAR-Indian Institute of Millets Research (IIMR), Hyderabad, with over 13 years of professional experience in agricultural extension, farmer institution development, and millet value chain promotion. He has played a pivotal role in the formation and strengthening of 100+ Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), including direct handholding support to 40 millet-based FPOs, benefiting more than 22,000 small and marginal farmers across multiple states of India. He has led large-scale capacity-building and technology dissemination initiatives, organising 250+ farmer training sessions, 7 certified advisory programs, and 60-day entrepreneurship incubation programs, while also establishing 20+ primary processing units, custom hiring centres, and farm-gate infrastructure facilities. His interventions have significantly enhanced millet production, value addition, and market linkages, particularly in tribal and underserved regions. Dr Sangappa has contributed extensively to research and knowledge dissemination, with 50+ research publications, 18 extension manuals, 12 book chapters, 5 policy documents, and numerous extension folders, as well as active participation in national and international conferences. He is a recipient of prestigious recognitions, including the Young Scientist Award. He has served as a nodal officer and principal investigator in several flagship government programs related to FPO promotion, millet entrepreneurship, and livelihood development. His professional work reflects a strong commitment to integrating research, extension, and institutional innovations for sustainable agriculture, nutritional security, and enhanced farmer incomes.
