Nishant Kumar is an Associate Professor in the School of Business and Management at CHRIST Deemed to be University. He brings over 15 years of rich experience spanning academia, research, and industry.He began his professional journey with institutions such as Amity University, Doon University, Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies, and industry exposure at HCL Infosystems Ltd. He has also contributed to national and international research projects funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.Dr. Kumar has published over 30 research papers in reputed journals indexed in ABS, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and ABDC. His scholarly contributions extend to books, patents, and book chapters. He serves on the Editorial Review Boards of several reputed journals, including Global Business Strategy for Sustainability, Journal of Market Access & Health Policy, Research Journal of Textile and Apparel, Human Behavior and Emerging Technologies, Technological Innovations for Sustainability and Business Growth, and Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management.

He has presented research papers at prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Indian Institute of Management Indore, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, and University of Mumbai, earning several outstanding research paper awards.His research interests include intelligent computational technologies in marketing, blockchain applications in retail and healthcare, analytical and mixed-method research methodologies, and model development and validation using advanced statistical tools such as SMART PLS, AMOS, and JASP.

Ganesh V. Radhakrishnan is a senior academic, interdisciplinary researcher, and policy consultant with over forty years of experience across academia, industry, and government. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Systems from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA in Operations and Finance from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.Currently serving as Senior Professor at KIIT University, Dr. Radhakrishnan has also held key academic leadership roles, including Dean of Faculty Affairs at MIT World Peace University and Associate Dean at Jindal Global Business School. He has been instrumental in designing forward-looking academic programs in analytics, financial technology, and digital transformation.

His research spans economic regulation, infrastructure finance, maritime strategy, and the application of artificial intelligence in complex systems such as supply chains and digital public services. He has delivered lectures on emerging domains including AI in logistics, predictive analytics, and digital governance at leading institutions across India and Europe.Dr. Radhakrishnan also brings extensive industry experience, having served as Maritime Practice Leader at PwC India, where he advised on large-scale infrastructure and digitalization projects across Asia and Africa. His industry insights strongly inform his research on technology–policy interfaces and the socio-economic implications of digital innovation.

His recent scholarly contributions focus on AI and machine learning applications in business operations, digital banking, and virtual learning ecosystems. His editorial role in this volume reflects his deep engagement with the convergence of artificial intelligence, regulatory frameworks, and emerging digital ecosystems such as the Metaverse.

Kamal Upreti is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at CHRIST Deemed to be University. He holds a B.Tech (Hons) from UPTU, an M.Tech (Gold Medalist), a PGDM (Executive) from Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering. He has also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at National Taipei University of Business, funded by the Ministry of Education (MHRD), Government of India.With over 15 years of experience across academia, research, and industry, Dr. Upreti has worked with organizations such as HCL Technologies, NEC Corporation, Hindustan Times, Dehradun Institute of Technology, and Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies. He also contributed to the international project “Hydrastore” under a joint collaboration between HCL and NEC in Japan.

His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Embedded Systems, and Healthcare applications. He has served as Guest Editor for more than 10 special issues in reputed publishing houses such as Springer, Taylor & Francis, Inderscience, IGI Global, and Elsevier. He is also associated as Guest/Associate Editor with journals in advanced AI domains, including SCIE and SCOPUS indexed publications.

Dr. Upreti has contributed to national initiatives, including the “Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS)” launched by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, focusing on strengthening urban power distribution systems.An active academic contributor, he has served as Session Chair, Keynote Speaker, Corporate Trainer, and Faculty Development Programme (FDP) resource person at numerous national and international platforms. His excellence has been recognized through multiple accolades, including Best Teacher Award, Best Researcher Award, Outstanding Academic Performer, and Gold Medal in M.Tech programme.

Dr. Brijesh Sivathanu is a distinguished academician in the field of Management and currently serves as a Professor in the School of Business and Management (MBA) at Christ University, Bangalore, India. He holds a PGDBM, MBS, and a PhD, reflecting his strong academic foundation and commitment to advanced learning and research excellence.

With over two decades of rich experience spanning both industry and academia, he is a renowned faculty member in Business and Management. He has been consistently ranked among the Top 2% Researchers worldwide in the Business and Management category for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, as recognized by Elsevier (Scopus) and Stanford University.

Dr. Sivathanu has made significant scholarly contributions, including 55 Scopus-indexed research papers. His publications include 1 ABDC A*, 18 ABDC A, and 10 ABDC B category papers, along with several others indexed in SSCI, Web of Science (WoS), ABS, and SCI journals. He has also published a case study with Ivey Publishing Ltd.

In addition to his research output, he holds 6 patents, of which 3 have been granted. He is the recipient of the Emerald Literati Award for Best Research Paper in both 2019 and 2020 from Emerald Publishing.

He actively contributes to the academic community as an Associate Editor and member of the Editorial Review Board of various reputed international peer-reviewed journals. He is also a registered PhD guide and has authored 3 books in the domain of Marketing Management.

Dr. Sivathanu has presented research papers at numerous national and international conferences, including prestigious institutions such as IIMs and IITs, where he has also received Best Research Paper awards. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, emerging technologies, and their applications in business and marketing.

Dr. Akhilesh Tiwari is a distinguished academician and researcher currently serving as a Professor in the School of Business and Management at Christ (Deemed to be University), India. With several years of experience in higher education, he has made significant contributions to teaching, research, and academic administration.His academic expertise spans key areas of business and management, with a particular focus on strategic management, organizational behavior, and applied business research. He has been actively engaged in scholarly research and has published extensively in reputed national and international journals, contributing to the advancement of management studies.

Dr. Tiwari’s research work emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, addressing contemporary business challenges and fostering knowledge creation. He actively participates in academic conferences, faculty development programs, and research workshops, both as a presenter and as a resource person.As a dedicated educator, he is known for his learner-centric pedagogical approach. He has mentored students and young researchers in developing critical thinking, ethical leadership, and analytical capabilities. He has also supervised postgraduate and doctoral research and continues to guide scholars in their academic pursuits.
