Sumit Sow is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Agronomy with ICAR-SRF at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Bihar. He has completed his graduation from Visva-Bharati, West Bengal and his M.Sc. in Agronomy with ICAR-JRF Scholarship from Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bihar. He has qualified ICAR-NET and UGC-NET. Two textbook and four edited book has been authored by him. He has published 12 research articles, 7 review articles, 35 popular articles, 25 book chapters. He has received prestigious awards such as Best poster, Best article and Best M.Sc. Thesis award.

Shivani Ranjan is a Research Scholar at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Bihar. She has completed her B.Sc. (Ag.) from Dr. RPCAU, Pusa, Bihar and M.Sc. in Agronomy from BAU, Sabour, Bihar. She has qualified ICAR-NET, UGC-NET and is a recipient of NFOBC fellowship. She is one of the authors of the book “Extract of Agronomy” and editor of four books. She has published 11 research article, 9 review article, 34 popular articles and 20 book chapters. She has also received various national awards like Best Article and Best M.Sc. Thesis award.

Dhirendra Kumar Roy is Director, Seeds and Professor-cum-Chief Scientist at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa. He has also hold the esteemed post of Deputy Director (Pusa farm), Head of various regional research station, Officer-in-charge (Kalyanpur farm). He has guided number of M.Sc. and Ph.D. students. Besides, he also completed two prestigious externally funded projects and six consultancy projects. He has published 70 research papers, 32 popular articles, 10 technical bulletins, 4 extension bulletins, 6 pamphlets, 3 booklets, 5 folders, 10 book chapters, 4 books, 1 practical manual etc.

Navnit Kumar is working as Associate Professor-cum-Sr. Scientist since 2019 in the Department of Agronomy, Sugarcane Research Institute, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Bihar. He has completed his B.Sc. (Ag.), M.Sc. (Ag.) and Ph. D degree from RAU, Pusa, Bihar. He has experience of over 18 years in the field of extension, teaching and research; and guided 9 students as major advisor, 15 students as co-advisor. He has published 65 research papers in national and international journals, 81 popular articles in farmer’s friendly magazine, 30 book chapters, 7 authored books, 6 edited books, 13 folders etc. He is the recipient of various awards by renowned in the field of teaching and research. 

Rajan Kumar is Associate Professor-cum-Sr. Scientist in the Department of Agronomy at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Bihar. He was pursued his Doctoral Degree from Dr. RPCAU, Pusa, Bihar with Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship by UGC, New Delhi. He has more than 14 years of research and teaching experience and has supervised eight post graduate students. He was in-charged in various administrative positions. He has published more than 25 research papers, 6 books, 6 book chapters and several popular articles in reputed peer reviewed journals.
